The ZW-221 is an automatic dual-head oil filling machine designed for medium-scale production environments. Featuring two independent filling heads, it simultaneously performs 0.2–5 ml fills at up to 30 pcs per minute with ±0.01 ml precision. Each head is fed by its own 300 ml or 500 ml heated reservoir, reaching temperatures up to 120 °C via PID-controlled heating elements.

Powered by a 10-ton electric drive, the unit achieves up to 120 caps per minute while maintaining exceptional accuracy in stroke length and force application.
